Phase 1 - Setup

The first phase will focus on the 3 main areas of:

  • Infrastructure (Remote or In-Person Support Team)
  • Hiring (The right people and processes) 
  • Software (Technology to make it happen) 

These 3 areas build the base needed for your Service center to succeed.

 

Phase 2 - Training

The second phase will focus on your internal support center trainings. The main areas of focus are:

  • Industry Training (Direct Selling Jumpstart, Dealing with a Volunteer Workforce, Handling "Upline Responsibility" questions etc...)
  • Software specific training
  • SWAT Team Training (Service With A Touch)
  • Management Basics Training (Running a remote support team, how to scale the team with growth, Hiring a winning team and how to spot fakes).  

 

Phase 3 - Go Live

The third phase is the testing phase when we flip the switch and put a load on our newly implemented teams and systems and make sure that we've got a solid deployment with everything we've setup. 

 

Phase 4 - Growth

The fourth phase is growth. In this phase we personally mentor and train the Director of Distributor Support directly, taking them deeper into the daily operations and continued growth of the team. Phase 4 will supercharge your Director's ability to synergize the support teams efforts directly with the executives teams objectives and direction. 

 

Phase 5 - Independence

As the company begins to take flight our goal is to have you completely independent and confident. That said the collective strength of great minds should never be underestimated.
